Bit scruffy but looks like it's all there, does it run?

Any idea how good/bad the chassis is?

Chassis is spyder chassis replaced in 1990s car stood outside since 98 ,only got car back today ,no battery but engine turns over with a spanner chassis looks really good as far as I can see ,got to move the Tvr now to a temporary home to let work commence soon be summer!
