The project I've been working on for the last three months goes live tonight+weekend (hopefully). Hardware specified and installed by me. OS specified and installed by me. Databases designed by me. 35,000 lines of code written by me. No pressure then...

Lots of work, 15 hours a day, no time to post on PH.

I was given an A4 sheet of paper on Monday containing 7 imagesm and some text and told to come up with a 4 minute avi, containing lots of fancy 3D and motion graphics; a 3 min avi silent slide show and a full DVD with motion menus, by 1 pm today. oh yes, and 40 copies burnt.

Hang on, what the hell am I doing. Oh yes, waiting for my video to render out.

I would love to deligate, I deligated it all to me as I'm the only one in the company capable of doing it. Starneg that I'm the offic Junior in a company of 60 odd. :sarcastic: Nearly done. Just got a problem with a Lotus Exige.

I prefer to delegate myself

If only I'd not gone solo and left my team behind, this work stuff is far too much effort

Same here. Problem is, no resources to delegate to; I'm the resource they brought in to help out as they couldn't cope themselves.. Anything hasppening in the world? Must get Ted to do an AvantGo channel for those of us that would like to keep up to date but can't..
