You take care of Mrs Tinks and catch up with you both soon I hope.Edited by phillpot on Monday 26th May 07:12
Guys - I'm on the same ferry and you,lll be coming past my house near junction 9 m25. It would be good to know when your coming through and I'll pick up the group. Beacons field is about 35-40 mins from me. The nearest services is cobham. Either that or could someone text when nearing junction 9. Would like to join the convoy down to Dover. Pete

Fellow Tourers - did I say something wrong?
Didn't want to look as if I'm "taking over" and it may be easier for someone in this group with a passenger to make phone calls to report on our progress and pick you up en route?
When I've done this trip down on my own in the past I like to stop at Clacket Lane for a ten minute break, presuming Warwick and Beaconsfield will be "flying stops"? Is Cobham new(ish), If ok with others and we're well on schedule perhaps we could take a break there?

Mike - Cobham is brand new (and massive) between Junction 10 and 9 (as anticlock). However if your leaving Beaconsfield at 10:30 its only 35 mins on to Cobham - so probably better sense for group to break at Clacket as per your previous. If i'm at Clacket for 11-11.15, that should time it about right to ensure I pick up the group? Sound reasonable? Pete

Cheers Guys - mucho appreciated. Would like to enjoy every mile possible with other S's (as I rarely see one)
I warn you now, if you thought you knew loud........ Julie has been given a weeks supply of earplugs. So be careful to keep me in the rear view mirror.
