Does anyone know if you can still get the half spherical rubber mounts?

How about the rear mount that hangs off the tank cradle?
On mine a circle of rubber with a nut and bolt top and bottom
Last time I bought it from TVRcarparts but they are no longer with us.

Sounds like a vibration mount try eBay or Neil don tvr car parts is now ML

Or use one half of the bobbin pair type in the middle with a 10mm bolt..

Or even both halves, a longer bolt and "penny washer".

Sandwich the exhaust bracket welded between the two tail pipes between the two lumps of rubber (same set up as underneath almost).
