Having removed the anaconda hoses from the bonnet area, I am now looking for a large rubber bung to fill the hole where the hose entered the inner panel of the offside wing. I have measured the diameter which is 65mm.

Does anybody have details of a stockist for such things please?

Without checking I would be surprised if Car Builder Solutions do not have the answer, and I have found their service to be excellent.

The inner plastic lid of a 190g Douge Egberts coffee jar is 64mm with a 5mm bigger flange which would fit perfectly and allow a bit of silicon sealant to "glue" it in place and ensure water tightness. Added bonus that it comes free with the coffee!

Mike

Unfortunately the inside of the wing is slightly curved and therefore it needs to be flexible, typical; these people are only over the North Downs from me and I am in Rochester tomorrow picking up my manifolds after they had been machined.

Ok, here's what you want RB660-48-00 and it even fits a nice thick (fibreglass) panel, unlike most grommets, only downside is I'm told it's £30 min. order irked

Maybe you could "sweet talk" them into sending you a sample wink

bounce Tee Hee it gives me the kick I need in the mornings when I cannot get a 98RON smell but it only gets purchased when on 2for1 offer from a well known super store brining it into the same league as the standard own brand! Just finished a jar if you want the cap. Glad I didn't mention the filter coffee

How about some of this then? Civet coffee: "The final roast colour is quite dark to ensure that the espresso is perfect for a smooth latte or cappuccino." No crap - actually it is hurl and it costs £50/cup imagine how many enjoyable miles could you get for the price of a cup of coffee biggrin

Given how civet coffee is "produced" I'm not sure I'd have said "no crap" wink

What have I started?

All this mention of Douwe Egberts, sounds like someone has received a bung!

We better put a stop(per) to that then!

Could someone put the lid on all this?

There were many DE slogans (we only drink DE coffee at home, and a cuppa only when we feel sick ;-):

Started with: "En dan is er koffie... Douwe Egberts koffie, lekkere koffie."
From 2005: "Het ruikt hier naar Douwe Egberts"
From 2007: "Je bent er 's morgens pas helemaal bij na een heerlijk kopje Douwe Egberts"
"Dat is andere koffie";
From 2008 :"Een goed gesprek begint bij Douwe Egberts"
From 2011 : Een goed idee begint met een kopje Douwe Egberts koffie"

Proost !

Me too.
Wouldn't need many more to make the price sensible
but we need to find out how many you get for £30 plus VAT
