The Bible's service schedules

Do the dealers use the schedule at the back of the Bible (which I think is slightly re-written from SH's wedge book) or is there a dealer-specific checklist they go through?
My S is going to Peninsula on Sat for a 6000, but as a 12,000 is only £40 more I thought maybe I'd go for that instead.
What I'd like to know is whether it is worth it. The Bible schedule doesn't mention changing/checking the brake or clutch fluid, which is something I'd like done. Is this typically included in a 12,000 mile service?
Anyone know how the chassis is prepared (if at all) before Waxoyling?
