Have had my S2 back from Richard Moore Racing now for two weeks and its great to be back on the road.
Richard and his team did a sterling job on the car.
I new the outriggers were a "bit" rusty and parts needed replacing for the MOT. What I didn't realise was just how bad they actually were. The complete outriggers on both sides have been replaced. They cooling system had at some been filled up with radweld and this had blocked the heater matrix. When the system was flushed out and cleaned the radiator leaked, so that meant a new one. The shocks and springs on the back have also been replaced along with other odds and sods.
I had a budget of around a £1000 for all the work but that went out of the window very quickly.
Having bought the car last April this was the first real work to be done and hopefully that will be all for a good long time.

I can recommend Richard to anyone who needs chassis work to be done on their car. He kept me informed about what was going on and the bill, large as it was, I think was very fair.

Welcome back, and well done for sticking with it despite the large bills! She should be good for a while
