Clutch adjustment?

Evening All,

The new clutch fitted on my 89 S2 (type 9 gearbox mated to the 2.9) now has a bite point right at the top of the pedal. It isn't slipping but there is no free play in the pedal at all. The old clutch that wasn't fully worn didn't do this so I'm wondering is there some adjustment possible either at the pedal or slave cylinder, or at the gearbox end? The clutch line was bled through from the bottom up so I don't think it's air either...

Any thoughts? Ta.

Think you just need to adjust either your pedal or pushrod on the master cylinder to get the right pedal position
