Hi. trailered the car back from Matt Smiths on Friday, well pleased with rear camber now after shimming. Three shims in one side and two in tother saw it back to tolerance . Car absolutely filthy though so gave it a good wash today , ready for the onslaught on the engine !. Camber shims on e bay at moment from a member of Sierra owners club.........£30 , so have gone up slightly.

They cost £1.60 each plus the dreaded
£1.60 x 2 + 20% = £3.84

that's quite a big "slightly", and you've used two and a half sets? Were TVR's tolerances that far out or is there a deeper issue with your car/chassis scratchchin
Do you know what camber your car is set at now?

No the ones I used were the parallel shims at £1.60 each , couldnt source the wedges at £30, at the time so went ahead with the .6mm shims. Hope this clears up any confusion. Matt is quite happy with the outcome and so am I.Cut them in half and used in the top only, not subtle but works !

Aha! thought you meant three of these....

which would have given over 5mm of difference top to bottom.

So your three shims @ 0.6mm are near as damn it same as one "wedge" , sounds a bit more reasonable wink
