gear linkage has fallen off the gearbox - bugger
Discussion
just drove off main road into the hotel entrance where the monthly TVR meeting is held and suddenly gear stick is floppy and no gears. Open up the gaiter and find the linkage arm that should attach to the gearbox hanging down. No easy access - unless the box is out or I make the hole in the top of the tunnel much larger - I know which way I'll do it. Thanks go to LV breakdown for the lift home.

I need to cut the centre console at the radio location too, otherwise a full dash out (which means roll cage out too.
Once done I'll need to have both halves edged with some sort of protection so they butt up and look reasonable - I'm thinking like door surround only smaller?
Gromex edging comes in many sizes, we used to use on aircraft production at BAe.Once done I'll need to have both halves edged with some sort of protection so they butt up and look reasonable - I'm thinking like door surround only smaller?

Nightmare... Good luck whichever way you go..
Can't wait to get mine back with 3.15 diff how do you find yours with the 3.9.. Saying that mine is really loud and don't really know what revs I'm doing until tach comes.
