That's the mod for the bit at your shoulder which works well...to allow the seat belt to properly flow across your shoulder in mechanical perfection.
There is another mod to shorten the bit you click into as well...haven't done it yet, but that apparently stops that bit from being. Uncomfortable across the beer container below your chest...

Adding a rosejoint to the top mount is easy. Rosejoint, new bolt and a few washers is required to each side.
The Punto clips are just a simple swap. They do, however, have a locating tab that, imho, needs to be ground off and the fixing arm needs bending slightly. Nothing major and fairly obvious once in front of you. I modded mine then resprayed them with Hammerite Satin before fitting.
