Due to being away next weekend, today I have completed all pre-flight jobs:

Washed, hoovered, oil checked, water checked, brake and clutch fluids checked, gearbox oil checked, diff oil checked, heater fan switch fault fixed, broken press-stud on hood fixed, limp wing mirror fixed, boot packed

New breathalyser kit ordered (out of expiry date by 2 months....grr)!

Don't forget the above plus: high vis jacket (must be able to reach from drivers seat), GB sticker and headlight converters if you want to be compliant with Inspector Froggys rules...

In my boot I will have most of an MG midget engine and all tools required to dismantle...always seems to make sure nothing breaks!!

READY TO GO!

(Apologies for status of the roof. This has now been fixed...)

OK CAN WE GO NOW?! driving

You do realise don't you Andrew, that whilst the French made the threat to bring this law in, it never made it?

After taking Karen's S out Saturday for a pre trip run and breaking down miles from nowhere we were a little stumped. Obligatory wire wiggling got it up and running and fault is suspected to be the fuel pump relay which is now on order. As its intermittent we will be doing another run next weekend. Any issues and the Griff will be coming out to play. At least we have a back up plan. Hoping we won't need it.
