vinyl repairs

Ihave two tears in the vinyl. one on the tunnel which looks a bit like a puncture mark. The other is on the hood which when it has been put down it has caught on the seat belt runner type thingy (good description eh!!) near my shoulder.
Does any one know if they can be repaired. If not has any one tried replacing the vinyl themselves

I found the Trim Shop Redditch really good, check them out before you attempt it yourself(they do a fair bit of work for DG)and they are good prices
