Whilst looking through the documents of the car last night whilst filling in the insurance details... I noticed

The owners manual all stamped up by the garage, whith all the right numbers in it saying that the car was "full leather"...

I was lead to believe full leather ment, all the seats front and back, the dash, door panels etc.

Mine is leather fronts to the seats, the rear is vinyl (you see this via a small hole that has appeared). The dash is that funny name for plastic covered.

Now the question is did the original owner get what he ordered ???????

No......Full leather is exactly that, everything in leather, backs of seats, dash, doors, tunnel etc...it appears the factory might have made a booboo! This sort of thing happens all the time a few years ago I ordered a new Porsche and it was built with the wrong seats....I did get compensated and the seats replaced, some how I dont think TVR would offer the same service..?

But some of it is that man-made leather

Dumb question, but how can you tell???
I've often wondered what mine is. I think it's leather but seems a little on the tough side.
