The dates for the 2016 Stratford-upon-Avon Festival of Motoring are Sunday 1st and Monday 2nd May

I don't know if there's a clash with S Club but I've booked in anyway as places are limited.

I've booked both days - only so that I can be flexible really as I wasn't sure what the S Club Cunning Plan was. I should have asked Glenn on Saturday - "Stupid boy Pike"

My intention would be to spend a day at each if possible, like last year.

Maybe we can organise it so that we have an S Club crew visit Stratford on the Sunday like last year ? Remember Turbo Tony being interviewed on the wireless ?

Let me know what the plans for S Club are - and I'll be there !

Hi Niiige,

Turbo Tony is indeed a radio star, but he should avoid appearing on video at all costs, for I would fear for his safety were that to happen.

Planning is still ongoing as to which days we'll be doing what, A!an is looking into variuos options at the moment. Personally I would like the chance to attend a bit of Donington Historic, but it's not paramount.

Yes please, by all means start garnering prizes for the charity raffle, we were extreme!y pleased with everyone's efforts this year.

As Glen has said it's at planning stage atm but will include SFoM and Donington if possible.
Exact day to be confirmed as soon as possible so people can book accordingly.

I thought last yr worked well with SCH day being the Monday - I'd like to do SFOM on the Sunday leaving Saturday for donnington and stoneleigh on Monday.

Looks like Alan and Glen are doing a great job again!
I'm looking to do Donington on Saturday and S Club either Sunday or Monday.
I will leave the Straford do to Ssssss so my Taimar won't show them up! I don't expect my Own S will be finished by May - just too much on at the moment.

I have a clash of events on the Monday, so will need to decide whether to stay down at Stoneleigh and leave my trusty Dep to deal with Thoresby, or sort Thoresby and leave the SY S Club Coordinator to cover our Heaven ?
Now, what to do

Niiige, sorry to hijack this thread with S Club, there will be an official announcement on a new thread.
In order to help people make booking choices, next year will be the same ie.
Saturday 30/04 Donington, Sunday 01/05 Stratford Festival of Mototing and Monday 02/05 S Club.
Camping arrangements are the same for Stoneleigh, we have a table booked for Saturday night at The Three Horseshoes, Bubbenhall and there will be a public bar and entertainment(?) on Sunday night.

We do need a volunteer to take care of the weather arrangements,for the weekend!
