Hi Steve,
Can you tell us anything about this? :

Isn't that in your neck of the woods?
They could have made an announcement on the 1st March, which was St. David's Day, instead of letting the story leek out like this......

Hello peeps, yes it looks as though TVR is coming here along with Aston Martin. Last year I went to Neil Garners open day and had a long chat with Les Edgar, I mentioned the empty super hangar, of course it`s on a secure site with access to taxiways. There is a track 3 miles away and the Ford engine plant in Bridgend is 9 miles away. Of course the new TIV is powered by a Ford Coyote engine. Les was very interested in this info, so maybe it`s coincidence or he took on board what I said. My C/V will go in for sure if production starts here
I`ll even turn up for an interview in a TVR
Of course if I hear anything of interest I`ll post on here. Thanks Steve
It's comforting to know that L.E. is listening to us S owners, even those with leanings to the Dark Side
If/when you submit your CV, don't forget to include your Calais Hotel car park photo showing your total commitment to the TVR brand. He'll know immediately from that that you are 100% behind it.
Meanwhile, will somebody please think about the sheep? .....

only 3 places in the UK to make fibre glass cars:
Norfolk, where the fibre glass, chassis, engine tuning etc skills are
Midlands, where the mechanical bits are made if not just imported
Wales, where the sheep are cheap and plentiful?

I'm afraid that if it comes down to a choice between ( high class, not cheap ) sheep or swedes and turnips, there's no contest. Unless you're Baldrick.
However, Swedes would be a different matter altogether.

Baaaah baaaah baaaah.
Truthfully the Wales move is possibly a wise one. It's one of the cheapest places to employ people in the UK. this can only help prices of the finished article.
PS my brakes on TGTVR failed but still managed a good few miles with only a few teeth marks in the wheel👍

. Save your money mate maybe a tax free deal can be done
and if i get a job with TVR maybe even try some kinda discount for those that serve this fine nation of ours
Maybe they`ll employ me in the braking department
