Hi Lawrie, glad to see you on the Barn Farm list.
The compatibility chart shows this as suitable for a Granada 2.9i which is the same engine as your S so it will be OK. Intermotor have been making good coils for a long time so it should be a good option.

I note that he is not accepting orders today, he is a large scale trader and probably has the ebay facility to 'close' his shop over the bank holiday, so try again Tuesday. I think I might get one as a spare.

Thanks for the confirmation Richard, the orders gone through so I assume it'll just get picked up on Tuesday.

Added a distributor cap and rotor arm on for good measure.

Now for the spark plugs, heads have the K mark, I think that means tapered seat? Tried to pop one out but they are very tight, only had 5 minutes so will resume that trail of thought tomorrow, hopefully someones not overtightened the wrong type of plug.
