Best battery for S3

Are there any recommendations for the best battery for an S3? I currently have a Halfords own brand 510 amp battery that came with the car, which is physically too big for the tray and is getting a bit tired.

Came across this on tvrsseries.co.uk when i was changing my battery..

"21.Check the battery is the correct size minimum 580 CCA but preferable to have 630 CCA"

I've just fitted one of these off eBay, probably the biggest that will fit. Very good price as well.

Did it fit the existing tray ok and secure with the 'lip'?

(Plus a strap for Double security of course?)

No, it rests on the lip on one side and is strapped in place

It fits the tray, I drilled the 2 inner corners of the tray and use a standard universal battery clamp, the steel angle type with the hooked screwed rods and nuts.
