Part number for steering wheel plastic housing

The plastic surround on my steering wheel has a 10mm gap between the top and bottom half! It's all bolted up correctly but it seems the previous owner/s cut a gap out of it for some reason. Anyone know which vehicle the plastic housing came from & where I can get a new/recon one?

Presuming you have an S, then you are looking for Sierra parts for steering column covers. Getting very hard to find these days, occasionally turn up on ebay or try http://www.sierrasrus.co.uk/ for a start.

Sure are, last one I found had had the cowling smashed off to get at the steering lock

Thanks - looks like I'll need to get the glass fibre kit out.
