I checked the MoT history of my S1 on www.check-mot.service.gov.uk

and it came up with this info from just before I purcheased the remains on fleabay (he crashed it on the way home from the MoT station apparently)

There must have been some serious work done on the evening of the 8th! - but may have been crap repairs as it was rusty again when I purchaes it.

My car's history shows that the last owner didn't use it very much .....

Pass 08-July-2006 : 7122 miles
Pass 01-August-2014 : 8816 miles

200 miles per year smile

you've quoted the MoT station numbers - the mileage was 66862 on both because the speedo was broken

I purchased the written off wreck in Feb 09. and part of the rebuild meant a new electronic speedo hence the new low mileage
