I'm going to Wedgefest on Saturday - just wondered if any of the S brethren are going.

Not that I'm hoping they'll be some friendly faces......but you know ............I am !!

I really want to come out and look at pointy looking mad cars too,, I'm desperately trying to get out of another engagement / or rather trying to combine the two,
Really fancy the convoy down to Topcats racing,
It dawned on me the other day it was actually the Wedge cars I grew up with, the Tvr's I looked at with some confusement as a 14 year old and wondered what the hell they were all about,,,,
Having also grown up with the digital age becoming a reality back then,,
I find it so amusing and ironic Tvr produced what is still an age old design chassis etc yet has this futuristic looking angular dash /interior that's so BACK TO THE FUTURE yet still has old fashioned gauges

I really struggled with the Wedge shape back then as a lad as I already was a classic car shape lover,,, just didn't like the computer age maybe,,,
Now I think the Wedge is a freaking masterpiece and the Wedge shape pure genius.
I'll be there Saturday in my lovely blue Chim if I have my way

We will be leaving Wroxall Abbey at 10.00am to arrive at Topcats Racing for 11.00am.

Vicky's S and Peter's Elephant on the road together for the first time - I'm welling up just thinking about it!

Yes. I'm getting to Wroxall about 9 for photos and milling about.

Then off to TopCats - where ever that is.

Great to see Niiige at the Wedgefest this year and great fun having Vicky's S chasing Peter's Elephant all the way to Topcats.

Also quite a coup to have an S at the front of the official Wedgefest picture...

I really really loved the whole event. All the "Wedge-heads" were great company.
