Hi All.
What did TVR use to pass cables from the door to the body.

Just need the wires then.
Crude but it's lasted 25 years on mine. Don't think there's room for any modern clever connector things.

Other than a couple of bits of foam with holes in, not much.

Can't get the door open any wider in the garage.

Nothing as sophisticated on mine just bare wires!

I owe you a big thanks though because it looks like some of mine have warn through! Anyone know what the green wires are for? I'm guessing speakers but since I haven't got a radio fitted I wouldn't know. Everything else seems to work - central locking and window. Haven't got electric mirrors so can't think what else they could be for.

Thought/suggestions welcomed

Thanks for that guys, been looking at it today, the way the door opens is a bit odd due to the door hinge points, need a bit of time to work out what I will do

Alan, I think the way the doors open the wires tend to slide through the door hole rather than bend in the jam so some slack in the door is probably a good idea.

MisterTee, the green wires are the speakers on my car.

Rob.
