V8s rear screen replacement and seat height reduction.

My rear screen stitching is coming loose, so a replacement is required. Any idea of cost and reconmendations. I am in bedfordshire so somebody local would be good. I am also considering reducing the height of the drivers seat by removing some of the foam, has anybody else done this.

If the screen is still intact and in decent condition you could consider getting the rotten stitching fixed rather than replacing the whole thing.
