Since I bought the V8S before selling the S2 I now have two S'es and only one (single) garage.

Unfortunately both insurance policies specify that the cars should be kept in the garage whilst at my home address (ie. not on the road outside the house).

The S2 has been down at Austec for the last couple of weeks having the steering sorted so it really hasn't been a problem. However, it's now ready for collection and I'll be heading down there tomorrow.

I'll be advertising the car for sale soon, however it does present me with a problem in the meantime.

No-one I know has a double garage with space.

Anyone got any creative suggestions? Are there companies who will store the V8 whilst I sell the S2?

Short term lease on a lockup/garage..... your local paper should have some advertised.

Local garage .... could do a deal with (my mate done this with his completely liberated Laverda Jotta motor bike ... show piece in the garage window whilst he went travelling.)

Check with broker. My insurance is either garaged or CAT1 imobiliser.

Break something on the V8s or have a mega upgrade.... abd ask Austec to take thier time

Normally it states in the Insurance that if its at your own property it should be garaged after a certain time at night to be covered. Go park it around Family or Friends and its ok, aslong as your there too.

The S2 is up for sale. Little bit sad as it was my introduction to TVR ownership and so will be forever special...

Pics are here: www.restore-my-tvr.com

Hopefully the price is right...!
