Interesting bonnet on that. I would have thought a 92 would have had the integrated driving lamps below the rubber strips?

On the invoice for my S3 it is listed as a £350.00 optional extra "S3c bonnet" (part No.E/584)

Driving lamps possibly only standard on S3c and V8s (with an ugly lump not in the middle wink )

Always good to check the MOT history online at check-mot.service.gov.uk

This government site hold 10 yrs history, including advisories.

Hi hope you don't mind me adding my bit. I went and had a look at the car today. The add is a bit miss leading, it doesn't mention that the car has been stood for 5 years, and has had the break servo replaced this month, that the Speedo must have not worked for some years as some MOT's show the same mileage. The photos also don't show the pore re-spray it has had and the over spry on the boot carpet. Also stereo and boot solenoid not working.

The guy selling it was nice enough, gave me lots of time on my own to have a good look at the car and very helpful. Wish he had been more open in the add or realistic with the price, or was he as I don't know what £6000 gets you in the S world.

Its been 20 years since IU sold my Taimar.

These days around £6k for a relatively late car is probably about right, they do command a higher price than the early ones. This of course provided it is tidy, the chassis is genuinely sound, it runs well and it does have an MOT. Going to be hard to find an S which doesnt have something not working!
A recent brake servo is almost inevitable on these cars
I would need to find out more about the mileage. I did however buy an MGB with 4 MOT's with only about 10 miles difference overall, the car had literally been driven to the nearest MOT station in the village then put back in storage again.
