I've found a picture of the RR classic which is part No ERC5462 which is the second link in Yknots post.
Again the shaft is to short, looks as if it's for the Serpentine engine.
Classic and Serpentine are two completely different variants so if it's for a Serpentine engine then obviously it's not the Classic part. Again the shaft is to short, looks as if it's for the Serpentine engine.
The shorter one is the classic pulley, the SD1 has the longer shaft and appears to be no longer available.
I thought maybe it was from the Serp engine as the need for the rear pulley would be removed and therefore the shaft would be shorter ..... I need to do more homework before I post
Any one got a spare one buried in there treasure Chest

as far as I can tell (fun rover v8s aren't they)
ERC5462 is for a 90/110 or 3.5 rangerover
ERC3442 is for a 3.9 disco1 or rangerover
3442 is possibly the right bit for a v8s maybe? I'm not sure how much of the front end is from where, it's clearly not *all* normal 3.9 stuff as it's missing things like power steering and aircon so it's only got a single v pulley on it.

Might be a route to one. Only 7-hours left.
Quite local to me so happy to collect remove damper and see. Worse case re-sell on ebay.

Not sure this this will be of any help..
Some time ago, an engine builder friend showed me a product, that was to refurb worn seal areas on such as crank pulleys.
In effect all it was was a thin sleeve that was heated then fitted to a machined down pulley as a friction fit, to recreate the original size. These sleeves were available in many sizes & lengths to suit various pulley diameters.
Sorry, but I don't remember, or have any more info than that.
Hope it helps.
