Anybody upgraded and got a usable set of springs or adjustable shocks, I'm not a boy racer, just want a better ride height and some damping, cos I aint got none.

Got a set of methinks original shox and springs sitting in my garage. Took them off to fit AVOs - springs seem fine - car handled ok on them anyway. Shox also seem fine but may need refurbishing as car has done 90k miles. They are not adjustable though.
