..no I havent got one...still a fan of the V6, heavy right foot and no sense of personal danger...

However in my capacity as guru of no things on the S series I have been approached by TVRCC member about filling coolant in a V8...which I no nothing of...so:

in particular refilling coolant, the top hose on the V8s is higher than the swirl pot cap which means there will be air in the system, wondering if that is an issue or how they refill the coolant

Can some one advise or anyone be willing to trade e-mail addresses with this guy to have a chat on it? - this is not a phishing scam...

They fill reasonably easily.

The pump is bled via the bypass hose so it's important to get a reasonably good static fill before you start the engine, otherwise it can pull air back down the bypass on startup and un-prime itself. If you squeeze the top hose to dislodge air before you start up, this shouldn't be a problem.

Do make sure you put the pressure cap and blanking cap on the right way round wink afterwards.
