Just thought of an idea for this years S Club Heaven. As this event has been arranged and setup through Pistonheads, it would be a good idea if we could identify each other at the event. I am sure that some of you know each other personally, but there will be people coming who don't. It would be great to put faces to names, there are certainly a couple of people I owe beers to for their help
My thought is for everyone to put there PH ID on the inside of their windscreens
I would be interested to know your thoughts, and any other ideas, as my one only works if you stand by your own car all day!!

I seem to remember that this idea as discussed for last year. Some did, others didn't.

Personally I found it useful it putting cars to PH names but for most of the day, cars and owners were not together.

Still a good idea though!!

I had no problems as I was the cause of a load of people being late.

Hi Foxy,
Good idea, as mentioned we did this last year and some did some didnt!! Another idea might be to have everyone make a badge with their PH name on it too.

Keep em coming tho.

I had tried to think of a better way of listing attendees after last year . It was easy enough to tick off people who were on my list but some weren`t and it wasn`t easy to get details when a line had formed,
I had considered a roll of stick-on numbers so as the cars came in the gate they have a number allocated. It should be easy then to walk round the cars get reg nos and names as the day progressed. A hand written list could be posted on the wall, missing details could be voluntarily filled in by the owners.
It should also give an acurate number for the day.
What do you think.

If anyone's interested my wife makes badges for company promotions etc and can make them up to order. If you think it's a good idea I can get it arranged at about £2.50 a go. Let me know what you think. Will need some arranging if the numbers are anything like last years meet but still plenty of time left.
