Having had some great tips in the past off people here, I'm afarid I have a couple more.

How can you tell when it's time to change the airfilter ????

Having a tinker with it at the weekend and I noticed the sponge filter is crumbling!!! I can't believe this is a good thing? Should I change it? .... and another thing, where can I get some of them little grommit things that hold the carpets in place???? I've somehow managed to lose one from each side.

can't remember exact price about £35

remember with the new pipercross filters you need to buy a breather for the rocker or you will have to modifiy the new one .

£42 inc VAT + P&P from David Gerald TVR. Got mine without the breather off-take (pipe fitting on the side). Got rid of the manky long breather pipe (goes from side of filter to oil filler cap). Fitted small filter direct onto oil filler cap (from halfrauds).
Mine was Pipercross but others have modified for K&N. Pipercross is the direct replacement IMHO.
