Any one know were to get 6" Lucas spot lights for V8s

No need to go down that route.
Get some Ring equivalents from Halfrauds - £19.99 for the pair, fit just fine.
Take the opportunity to check for chaffing/straining on the wiring to the front lights while you're in the area. Found a couple of wires on my car where the insulation was damaged to the point where the conductor was exposed.

A quick hint. If you replace them with Ring Lights. There are 2 little tabs that secure the bolts to bthe metal brackets on the spot. Bend these tabs in so they secure the bolt better, or you will have a job tightening them or getting them off again.
