Hi,

The facias (on the main dash and around the fog light switches / air vents) is looking a little old and 'bubbled'. It looks like its metal (on the main dash) or wood, which has just been painted.

How easy are they to remove, as I want to take them out, apply some proper veneer and then put them back?

Secondly, what is this TVR bible that I keep seeing mentioned in the forum?

Regards

Roy C

Firstly welcome to the S fold, as for the 'Veneer' yes its painted steel AFAIK and instructions of how to take them off are at Colins website www.tvrsseries.com IIRC. Just a matter of locating the bolts and removing the nuts.....?

As for the Bible it is the S Series manual by Steve Heath, the TVRCC sell it, its like a Haynes manual for the S!

Alternatively you can remove the veneer and spray the dash & switch panel either to match the bodywork (as I have done) or a contrasting colour.
