How much would a roll bar from Tower View set me back ? Especially if I have it to match the griff/chim stays ?

I think they are around £650 fitted, mine has one but was fitted before I got it. I trimmed mine to match interior so it blends in more.

Black finish is around 650, I expect you'd have to pay more for a polished coating. Doesn't really need it though IMO, black makes it less obvious.

I think the car here:

www.t-v-r-services.co.uk/thetvrsseries-ro.html

is mine. Anyone know any different?

The invoice I have from a previous owner was, I think, £900. It's a Rollcentre bar fitted by Tower View. It may have included new seat runners.

On my Griffith, Classic line and Mannings wanted No more!! Cant see there thinking in £900 extra.

If they comment on that you may not drive as safely as you feel you have more protection ask them if they add on there premiums for motors with airbags etc etc

£900 to insurance for a roll bar.... thats criminal

reminds me of when the insurance groups were split in 20, and I was insuring my Astra GTE....

Insurance company> is your car modified in any way sir

Me> Yes.... it has had an alarm and imobiliser fitted

IC> I'll have to go and check with my supervisor

IC (a few mins latter) > I am sorry sir, but because your car has been modified we can not insure you.

The logic of some companies
