Brake overhaul
Discussion
I did mine recently, new discs standard ones, with some greenstuff pads, £32, some use red ones, and rear shoes from halfrauds £7, and some dot 4 fluid, some use dot 5.
I don`t know how to do this link/qoute stuff yet but look on chrisgadd post sent on monday, it may help.

Use DOT4 or DOT5.1 (DOT5.1 slightly better). They are fundamentally similar, compatible with each other and can even be mixed.
Despite the similarity in the name DOT5 is very different stuff, isn't really suitable for a road car, and isn't compatible with either of the other two. If you change to/from DOT5 you will need to flush the system and change the seals.
