France was great and the Dover Ferry no problem :)
'Speedferries' are the guys to choose.Cheap, fast and saw me on and off both ways.First rate and will always use them rather than the other pirates!

Picked up about 5 million French insects splattered all over the bonnet but otherwise 750 miles without a single hitch, well pleased!

The best bit is that everyone stops and looks at your car!!! People actually stopped on roundabouts staring and trying to see the badge, and over ten people walked over and said what a great car.:cloud9:
Even the entire hotel staff turned out for a deco

Ohh ...I do like the French!

Gone to buy a berret!:D

Congratulations! Mine made it to Alston (A686) and back, and I'm just happy with that! Oh, and the headlights will be in soon I promise!

Take it you didn't have the fresh air vents open then, or you would have had a least half of the insects all over you !!!! One of the perks of night driving in France

...and just wait until you are doing 120 when a live beetle gets fired through one of those vents directly at your wife who then goes all hysterical on you. I'm still not sure how I managed not to crash.
