Just back from 2300 mile tour of Germany, Austria and the alps and Dolomites. Visited 9 countries in 10 days!
Trip included the TVRCC of Austria, Germany and Switzerland's three Countries weekend meet (attended by about 60 people and 46 TVRs)and then a week hosted by members of the Austrian TVRCC touring the mountains. Met loads of great people and some beautiful cars. Had the privelege of riding in a Griff 500 at 250 kph (160 mph)with the roof down - Wow!
But best of all my 15 year old 82000 mile S3 performed faultlessly throughout, gave no trouble whatsoever and did not use a drop of oil. So I'm dead chuffed. Who says TVRs aren't reliable?
