My alloys on the S3 are in need of 'slight' touching up to make them perfect. I have been recommended a company that comes to YOU, called. 'Wicked Wheels.' Any body heard of them?
Just want some advice from you guys, nothing beats recommendation. Seen their web site, wickedwheels.co.uk. Looks like a franchise company. Any body had good or bad experiences from them? Any idea on cost and time per wheel? If they are any good, it could work in their favour since they have mobile vans all over the country. Let's face it, there are quite afew of us 'S' guys out there!

If you have Oz 8 spoke alloys then they are "diamond cut" which Wicked Wheels told me they cannot do. I have mine refurbished by Micheldever Tyre Services (they actually send them to someone else). There is also a company called Spit'n'Polish near Tonbridge who can do diamond cut wheels.
You should expect to pay about £50 each.
edited to add -> look at this thread to see what "mycroft" and "spivvy" had done to their wheels....

Hi Paul
I posted about alloy wheel refurbs a while back, have a look here:

It may be helpful as some are reasonably local to you. I was going to give Protyre a go - but haven't got round to it yet!
Cheers

Thanks for that, Wicked Wheels called me, he used to own an S3, so he was familiar with the alloys, telling me the same as what you guys told me last night, the problems with a diamond cut, being a mobile service, he can not do it. At least he was a 100% honest with me. Guys like that, you wish you can do business with .
