Well its back!!

I collected my car from LPS in Martlesham this morning and my face hurts from the grin caused by my new exhaust system.....

You just have to hear it to believe it.... awesome!!!!!
Not only that the new exhaust is a work of art...

I had a new system built excluding manifolds.

First the old system had to come off...

battered but what do you expect it is 14 years old...

and more pin holes than a sieve!!!

Then the new downpipes....

Just a bit better looking than the old ones!!! and crossflowed as well....

The down pipes then of course are connected to the system....

which connects to the tail pipes....

The new system looks great and the sound is just amazing....

A big thanks to Steve and Neil at LPS... first class job as usual
www.lorvenperformanceservices.com/

LPS used my car as the guinea pig so it wouldn't be fair for me to quote a price to you... but for what you are getting ie a hand built system in top quality stainless and the fitting, it is competitve compared to off the shelf options...

Give Neil or Steve a call (01473 610102) and chat with them about what you want.... they are really friendly and the service in excellent. They have a rolling road there as well which is always interesting....

Is it much louder.?Did you design that yourself and everything. it seems to be a lot of weld marks... on everycorner.??

No I didn't design it.... LPS sorted it all out....

The weld marks are obvious at the moment as it is shiny and new..

yes there are a few corners but have you ever tried to bend or shape 304 grade stainless steel!? It has been made closer to the car and I have got increased clearance at the front as well but to achieve it it needed some bends....

If you want a straight pipe with off the shelf downpipes then there will be less welds..

the sound is much louder and deeper... sounds more like a V8 now to be honest....... oh and the overrun is just pops and bangs

the exhaust has made the car just so much more fun to drive... makes the I got from Mrs D about the cost pale into insignificance... mainly because I can't hear her when the engine is running
