just killed the power to the ECU

In a bid to see if I could get the car going a bit better and to try and stop the overfueling I decided to pull the plug on the ECU...and send it back to its original settings
Ten nervous minutes later I reconnected and turned the key hoping the engine would at least start...
It fired up and after a few lumpy seconds settled down at 1000rpm
I then took it out for a long run using all the gears, different loads etc....
and it now seems far better than before... it no longer has the momentary hesitation at around 2000 and seems to pull much harder.
The over run is massively reduced (although it is cool this evening)which would suggest a leaner mixture... which it was I needed. The coming days will tell if goes back to its old habits or not.. but for now:D

only need an extra 26 bhp to get to the TVR figures of 168.....
I may get another RR run in before S Club Heaven to see what is happening...
Once I am reasonably happy everything on the car is ok then I will get it chipped....
