Does anyone know what the BHP at the wheels is for the 2.9V6..... curious as we always quote bhp at the flywheel which is a bench tested figure..

just curious;)

I haven't got the results with me (so this is just off the top of my head...) but when I had mine rolling roaded a couple of years back it was 161bhp at the flywheel, and I think about 135'ish at the wheels - about 25bhp in transmission losses.

I could be wrong - but that's kind of what I remember, I'm sure someone will come along with another figure.....

Hope that helps.

I'm sure there was a reference to it in Podies original on the rollers posting/report...

Look there!

I got 151 at the wheels not long after I bough the V6.. It had a little more in it too as one of the vacumn pipes was holed and the offside downpipe severely mangled. Never got it tested after I sorted the pipe and unfortunately didn't ever sort the downpipe. Certainly went well though for a V6, especially after a Joospeed service/tune up.
