Trust me I know of at least one green one that may put paid to that theory. You've just got to wait for him to put all the lumpy bits back under the plenum first .

Its only a rumour its green![]()

Top job Mike, nice to see you.
I will try and make a PH meet with the V8.
Christian.
Cheers Chris, lovely S2 btw. Good to see you up at Daves place. Look forward to seeing the V8.
I agree Harry, shame to hide it under waxoyl, but needs must, and at least I took some pics.
And....I didn't miss a bit.

Mike, I personally use an electronic immobiliser on my car, was just wondering if you find those four mechanical ones more effetive at ensuring the car stays at the roadside where you let it? And where do you put the wheels once immobilised?

Trust me, Blue ones are faster!!!!
oh, they are indeed.
top work Mike. How on earth do you find the time to do such an A1 job so quickly?! You must have a lot of time off, oh hold on....
Its taken me 3 weeks to replace a couple of headlight brackets that had rusted away on the Lotus, albeit having to fully remove all the front end to do so

Buggered if I could find the pin.

You don't want one of those new fangled electronic doodahs...Re the wheels, its easy, 2 broom sticks, use roof sections, apply wheels to broomsticks and roof, sit on and away you go.
