Also we would like to say thanks to All the companies that contributed prizes you were all very generous. A big thankyou to Silverstone for stepping in at the last minute to give us a meeting place when we were let down by Silverstone TVR? Also a big thnakyou to others who have contributed in other ways like Mr Sheen for his photography and video skills. Dave Bridge for organising the Polo shirts (koff up the ones who havent paid yet). Thanks to Mycroft for picking up the plaques for me also to Penny and Paul for helping with the Hoon route......? Cracking day despite the wind and rain, wasn't it.
I would like to add a couple of mentions to Mikes list.

Thanks to Andy Hills for his article in Sprint, it gained us many new friends to S Club, who hopefully will be around for years to come.

Secondly I would like a mention for the Guy (whose name I have forgotten) from Inverness, that was some journey and I salute you, you are a true pistonhead.

From a quick count yesterday the raffle alone has raised £1400

so well done all of you this is a very good start to the fund.

With the Polo shirts money (come on guys koff up) the money I raise from the Football memorabilia and possible sale of the DVD we hope to break the £2000 mark, I will keep you all posted. I havent spoke to St Johns yet but I am guessing the weather was the reason the kids didnt come. hoefully a few of us can go when we make the presentation so we can take them for a blast then.

Regards

Mike

I think I should have got a special prize for "The most modified" Even if it was only a wooden spoon for spoiling the looks in some peoples eyes

Personally, I don't mind. Everyone is allowed an opinion, but my boy did stick up for me.

Mike,
Guess I've won some shiny nuts! (Quite spooky as that's exactly what I was told would finish the car off nicely on my first PH meet at VW earlier this year) . How do I go about getting them?

I'll have it washed and ready for him!

I hope he likes it 'cos Buckinghamshire to Glasgow is a
bit of a baptism of fire!!!

Still, he should have made his mind up by the time he gets home!!
