Hiya mate, where on earth did you get that stainless exhaust and so cheap. The reason I ask is my manifolds are looking tatty and one is blowing at a welded seam. I just wondered if S2 manifolds could be manufactured at the same place and do they deliver by mail. Cheers for any reply

My local stainless steel fabricators!

And they did a superb job but it was very much a one off.

Shop around you local companies like I did and you may find that some of the fabricators are willing to do some private work.

I think manifolds are considerably more complicated to fabricate than an exhaust systems owing to having to get the bends exactly right, without distortion.

Yup, I think you have to use .....is it a mandrel or something to achieve the tight bends without folding the tubing. And SS can crack if over stressed far more easily than Mild steel.
