So following the joy and satisfaction you can only get from an S-Crub TT, I shall be revisiting the 2024 S-Club - Loch, Stock & Two Smoking Tailpipes.

My provisional dates are the 24th to 30th of May. Assuming the Tour Master agrees, I'll book hotels this week.

Changing it slightly to suit our London departure;
Day 0 - Travel to and stay around Leadhills / Wanlockhead taking in part of the official route. Lunch stop at Caffine & Machine at 'The Hill' en route.
Day 1 - Pick up the remaining offical route towards Irvine, ignoring the main roads last section, then doing the official route to Oban and then on to Crieff. We'll be diverting over to the A814 past Faslane rather than following the A82 round Loch Lomond. This road is mental, narrow, but mental even at 30mph biggrin . Lunch in Oban. Then over Glen Roberts to Crieff.

We'll have three nights at Crieff as Tour Master loves the facilities at the Hydro Hotel.

Day 4 - Follow the official route to Bowness on Windermere. Two nights here to spend the day in the Peter Rabbit Museum and relaxing in the town.
Day 6 - Travel home. Lunch stop at Caffine & Machine at 'The Hill'.

Happy to share the route files after I have done the trip. Will post photos over on the S facial page.

Couple of jobs to do on Tamy (who clocked over the 50k mark on the return from Wales) beforehand. Nothing too major. Coolant leak, manifold swap, engine mounts, re-packing rear silencer, rear silencer mount, seat swap, re-attach the headlight to stop it spinning round and re-waterproofing the Surrey Roof.

I know we're unlikely to find Nessie's Weelies on the route ;D
