Tim your lower photo, was it taken from the pompey area? i.e. Gosport or browndown. I am sure I can see Ryde in the background, behind that American carrier.

Tim, I was born in Ryde and know the area very well, where are you living mate? I go to the Island now and again to see family, my bruv in law clivef lives in Brading and is on here sometimes. I live in South Wales now but it is always nice to go home now and again, I would put a couple of piccies of my car on here but it is so bl^&*y awkward, not user friendly still I can admire your pics

I specifically took the Carrier meets S picture (+ a dozen others) in that format for the front page of Sprint, plenty of room for text etc on it. Whilst it's not perfect you have to admit it is different to what you normally see. The sad thing is I never even got an acknowledgement it had been received, let alone a 'its not good enough, go away' . Pretty much the same for Tim, he has quiet a few 'good' ones over last couple of years, no acknowledgement, don't bother now .

Back OT keep posting pics chaps.
