i hate my spedometer

the miserable spedometer saga continues
some of you might remember mine was tempremental so i had it reconditioned by richfield
after a 10 week wait and £170 it came back and i fitted it - still didn't work
took out the spedo sender from the gearbox last night which was a 3 hr job and a right pain in the bum
now find out the things are not available new and i'm going to have to get the old one repaired
what a total fuss for a small job - before any one mentions it yes i have checked all the wiring
some times it's the little things that drive you mad
