Steve they are a straight swap, I have Chim seats in mine, you dont even have to drill new holes the runners are the same?

Honest opinion, it depends, the normal S seats are poor in terms of thigh and side support but the V8S, and some V6S, had better seats, called 'Lux' IIRC. The newer Chim seats, as there are two types, have much better support than S seats, but the Lux seats do offer more side support IMHO. Ask what car they came from as only buy if they are from 94/95 onwards as they are much improved. They look distinctly different too.
