missfire on V8S

More trouble !!!
The problem was the car was not starting or at least needed a lot of turning over and then the odd missfire and would not idle, plus dying when revs added.
Given up myself so took to garage who put it on the rolling road. Results of which are as follows ...
Every so often the car does not fire a spark plug which causes the engine to judder and the emissions to go up as fuel goes out un burnt.
Car has had the following new parts ...
Dizzy Cap
Rotor arm
HT leads
Coil
Amp Mod
Spark plugs
Any ideas please
