V8S Windscreen Washer Jets

I think I probably do not want to here the answer to this!
I was washing the car after its winter layup and noticed the shaft of the windscreen washer jet has broken between what I guess is the nut below the fibre glass and the jet on the exterior. Thankfully I had put the car through the MOT a couple of weeks ago in advance of getting the road tax for the summer.
The nut (or whatever is on the other end of the shaft is still in place). After a first glance I can not see any way of getting to the feeder pipe and the nut without removing the dash board, something from reading the bible I am reluctant to consider.
Firstly, does any one know where I can purchase a replacement washer jet and the part number or donor car?
More importantly has anyone changed one and can they give me some advice or guidance on how I go about it, do I really need to remove the dash??

Suggest you push the remains of the jet back inside the dashboard and fill the hole with a gromet, and use a separate hose to connect the pump to a spray bar system. It is far more effective, no more faffing around with blocked jets and you can get at the d*mned thing if you do have any problems.
Have had the same problem and replaced my jet to an universal one from ebay for 5,- Euros during the winter...
When you unfit the glove box you should have a chance to get to hole from inside.
If you´ve got four hands it´ll be very helpful and the scares at your back of your hands will be healed again after a few days.

I removed the glove box, but as much s I tried I was unable to get my hand near the hole; I managed to get as far as the other side of the windscreen wiper arm.
In the end I pulled the rest of the hose back into the driver’s foot well. I then connected a universal jet (purchased from Halfords for a couple of quid) to a new piece of pipe, poked pipe down the hole and fixed jet in place with clear silicon sealant. I retrieved other end of pipe via glove box opening and pushed it behind the dash into driver’s foot well, then joined both hoses using a non-return valve, again from Halfords.
Washer now works fine, without the delay waiting for the water to be pumped from the back of the car.
By the way, hands not to badly scratched!!!!
