I have been talking today to a chap from Banbury who has bought a V8S that needs work.
Some parts have come with the car but he`s not sure exactly were they all go.
Any V8 owners in his area able to show him their car?
Also he has prepped the car for lifting the body up but is not happy that he has disconnected every thing needed.
I have recommended he gets on here so hopefully he will be along to ask his own questions soon .

Just completed a 6 month V8S body off rebuild, have lots of photos showing all the stages, if your contact would like to email me via my profile I would be happy to mail them direct to him.
I am based in Leighton Buzzard Beds, not too far from Banbury for me to pop over if it would help.
Not too many things to disconnect but do not forget that you have to slide the front of the body back on the chassis before you can start to lift as the body tucks under the chassis.

If you have a photo'd and documented body off for the V8S then maybe 'pies' would host it on the S-series site he runs .

Pies

Not sure if the photos are worthy of a site, just took them for my own reference but would be glad share them if it would help anyone else tackle the job.
There are somewhere in the region of 350 photos of various stages of the body lift, chassis repairs, engine strip and rebuild (top end only)etc etc, these need sorting and condensing down to a manageable and relevent amount.
I need to spend some time putting some explanation and description to each one but I should be able to do that fairly quickly, (work permitting).
What would be the best way of getting these to you?
What sort of resolution/file size would you prefer?

email colin @ tvrsseries best done in batches of 5mb.As for the pics so long as there clear its ok.I just open them in paint and save as.....This dramatically reduces file size and the quality is still very good

Cheers
